Man, so I was in a small home game last month and somehow talked myself into calling an all-in with 7-3 offsuit, just because I was sure the guy was bluffing. I had no draws, no nothing, just a bad gut feeling that turned out way off. It definitely stung and everyone got a good laugh out of it. Normally I stick to more methodical plays, but this was one of those “eh, let’s see what happens” moments. Would love to know what wild hands other folks have called with.

So this happened on a slot session earlier - I got that “session timed out” warning, like usual if you’re idle, but I’d set up autoplay on the slot for 100 spins just before. Thought I was good to walk away for a few, but after logging in later, I noticed the session logs show the reels kept spinning for a while after the timeout, long past when I was supposedly logged out. There were some wins and losses logged in that time, but I couldn’t control it since it said I was logged out. This is throwing me off. I’ve always assumed once you hit session timeout you’re done, but if autoplay ignores it, does that mean you can still win or lose when you’re not technically online? I’ve always wondered how often people actually hit the table max in blackjack and what happens when you do. I usually play pretty methodical and try not to go overboard, but I’ve seen folks push their luck and run into that ceiling. Does the pit boss ever budge on limits if you’re on a hot streak or is it basically set in stone for everyone? I’m trying to name a betting pattern project I’m tinkering with, but I want to factor in stuff like the table max so I don’t plan anything impossible. Curious how others handle bumping up against the max.
