account verification review

so i’m in the middle of trying to get an account verified, which i’ve avoided as long as possible, and it’s turning out to be way more of a pain than i thought. first they wanted proof of address - fair enough - but now they’re asking for a phone bill and a weird selfie with my id next to my face. not gonna lie, i never really thought about how many photos i have to send for something as basic as pulling my money out. the hold-up on withdrawals is starting to bug me, especially since i mostly play blackjack and stay under the radar - nothing big or flashy.

just wondering if this is typical now or if anyone actually gets payouts without jumping through ten hoops. i’m starting to wish i’d just kept it simple and stuck to sports bets like before.
