so here’s a weird one, was running decent on one of these crypto joints, hit a cash out and a couple hours later they straight up canceled the withdraw. their excuse was that i changed my email last week, but i did verify the new one with their stupid code system. support just copy pasted the usual “security concerns” spiel. i sent in docs and they’re “reviewing” but it’s been like 3 days now, just radio silence. i know swapping emails can look sus but it was just because my old email got flooded with spam, nothing shady. anyone else have this happen? am i doomed to support limbo or is this just how it goes with these sites? any tricks to push them along, or is it just waiting forever until they randomly feel like sending the coins?

so i noticed my rakeback wasn’t matching what i calculated for this week. usually it’s right on, maybe a little off here and there, but this time it’s just way under what i should’ve gotten. i track every session and double checked my numbers, even scrolled back through my hand histories to be sure. not talking a few cents either, more like 10-15% lower, which definitely adds up over time. i play mostly mid-stakes cash if that matters, and no bonuses were running that would eat into it as far as i can tell. has anyone else had this kind of thing before, where the rakeback just gets credited wrong out of nowhere? did you have any luck getting it fixed or did they just blow you off? not sure if i should reach out or if i’m missing something obvious in the calculation. thoughts?

just noticed the promo tab vanished from my lobby and i'm wondering if anyone else ran into the same thing. was grinding some cash games, went for a coffee, came back and poof - promo offers just gone. i refresh, relog, still nothing. got decent crypto in there so i know it’s not some weird region block, unless they’re changing stuff up again without warning. used to like poking around there between hands, picking off deposit bonuses or spinning for free rolls. maybe i’m missing something obvious? these platforms tweak their sites more often than i swap shirts before a flight and i never get a heads up. would hate to lose out on some decent value if it’s a bug or new policy.

Satellite payout weird?

so i played a satellite last night for the 300 seat and something felt off with the payout structure. top 5 got the seat but then 6th and 7th got cash, not even close to the seat buy-in just some weird consolation. i thought usually it's winner-take-all or you bubble the seat, maybe 1 extra spot gets some love if the payout doesn't divide clean but this looked strange. they showed the structure at the start but i barely glanced, figured it was standard. anybody seen this kind of thing before? like is this just a site tweaking for rake or do some satellites pay out like this as a normal thing? just kind of threw me when 6th got like 40 bucks, almost worse than bubbling.

live monopoly multiplier hit but payout posted as base win only

so i was on live monopoly, hit a 3x multiplier and then the wheel lands on 5, but when the payout comes through it only credits the base win for 5, no multiplier. i triple-checked my bet slip and the stream replay, definitely a 3x on the multiplier segment right before. has this ever happened to anyone else? is this a glitch or something they fix if you contact support? thinking about messaging them but i want to know if anybody had this sorted out before or if it's just wasted time. thoughts?
