crypto casino cancelled my withdraw because i changed email last week

so here’s a weird one, was running decent on one of these crypto joints, hit a cash out and a couple hours later they straight up canceled the withdraw. their excuse was that i changed my email last week, but i did verify the new one with their stupid code system. support just copy pasted the usual “security concerns” spiel. i sent in docs and they’re “reviewing” but it’s been like 3 days now, just radio silence.

i know swapping emails can look sus but it was just because my old email got flooded with spam, nothing shady. anyone else have this happen? am i doomed to support limbo or is this just how it goes with these sites? any tricks to push them along, or is it just waiting forever until they randomly feel like sending the coins?
