Back to Poker

888poker locked my account after i changed withdrawal method post win.

so here’s what happened, i finally hit a decent run on the tables, went to cash out, and decided to switch my withdrawal method to crypto instead of my usual debit. figured it would be faster and maybe safer, considering the banks always act weird about casino payouts. but right after i did that, my account got locked. support says it’s “routine verification” but it’s been days and i’m just getting generic responses. nothing sketchy on my end - just wanted to move with the times.

has anyone else had their account frozen after switching payout methods? is this just standard or should i be worried they’re gonna drag this out? kind of regretting not just sticking to my old setup.

Yesss, switching to crypto right after a win is like ringing the KYC bell lol. Seen this exact freeze over way less than $480 too lmao

Crypto "faster" lol. Switched payout rails right after a win and got the live dealer treatment. Mine took 9 days over a $480 cashout

Yeah lol, Live Dealer joints have frozen me over $300 after a payout switch... SALTY as hell, lmao. 888 acting like $480 is Fort Knox.
