ggpoker flagged my account after one decent mtt cash, now withdraw stuck

yeah, i know the sites have to do kyc and all that when you have a decent win, it keeps things in check, fine, but this is getting ridiculous. i made a single, not even life-changing, cash in a mid-stakes tourney and now everything’s frozen. they let you deposit quick, but when you try to cash out suddenly it’s like the feds are reviewing your ancestry. never had this runaround with crypto casinos or blackjack, feels a lot cleaner there.

checked my docs twice, all legit, nothing shady. is this just standard or are they looking for a reason to stall? i keep hearing mixed stories and it’s making me wonder if i should stick to roulette and blackjack on the crypto side, less drama and at least i know what to expect.
