crypto casino cancelled my withdrawal because account email was “recently verified”

So I hit a decent win on live roulette and tried to cash out, but the crypto casino just straight up cancelled my withdrawal. The message said something about my account email being “recently verified” and needing to wait longer before they’ll let me pull out funds. I changed my email a couple days ago because I couldn’t get into my old one anymore, and now this whole thing is holding up my money. I didn’t expect this kind of roadblock just for updating contact info.

This is my first time running into anything like this, so now I’m getting a little paranoid about getting paid at all. Anyone else have their withdrawals blocked for stuff like this? Not really sure if it’s standard or a red flag. My roulette luck comes and goes, but waiting forever to even get your own crypto off the site just feels sketchy. Would rather focus on blackjack and wait it out than try jumping through a bunch of hoops right now.

Yeah, had it once after changing my email on an online casino and it froze the cashout dead. Maybe its normal on paper, but in crypto it always feels like the stall starts there, then you get the support bot and now youre cooking with gas.

That support bot bit is why i do a tiny cashout first thing now, before i get comfy on any online casino. Got burned once after a roulette hit, spent two days staring at pending while btc moved and i was more mad at that than the loss, sooo yeah i treat that as the real test

Tbh I side-eye this stuff hard when it only becomes a “security rule” after you win. That’s the part that stinks. Same energy as those bonus terms nobody reads until suddenly your cashout is “under review” because some promo touched the balance three spins ago. I had one place happily take deposits all week, then the second I hit on slots they found a fresh reason to slow everything down and support went basically dead. If a casino can process your crypto in five minutes but needs a little ceremony to give it back, imo that’s not normal, that’s them buying time. Sketchy is the word, honestly.

yeah ive had that kinda crap before and tbh i call it a red flag way faster than standard lol if they can take ur crypto in 10 seconds but suddenly need a holy ritual to send it back nahhh. same vibe as slots eating 400 spins no questions asked. live roulette blackjack whatever doesnt matter if cashout rules get invented rn lmao

Yeah, I’ve had it. The Live Dealer part doesn’t matter, the email change does, that kicks a withdrawal hold at a lot of crypto joints. The part I don’t like is when “recently verified” turns into DAYS and support goes soft on details, that’s the tell for me
