crypto casino cancelled my withdrawal because account email was “recently verified”

So I hit a decent win on live roulette and tried to cash out, but the crypto casino just straight up cancelled my withdrawal. The message said something about my account email being “recently verified” and needing to wait longer before they’ll let me pull out funds. I changed my email a couple days ago because I couldn’t get into my old one anymore, and now this whole thing is holding up my money. I didn’t expect this kind of roadblock just for updating contact info.
