Got banned from a crypto casino for no reason… anyone else had this happen

Logged in today, totally locked out, and the only message I got was that my account is banned pending review. No emails, no details, nothing shady on my end except some solid wins on live blackjack last week. I keep records of my bets just in case stuff like this happens, so I checked and there’s literally nothing that looks like rule-breaking - just some heat from hitting a decent run and grabbing a reload bonus before that.

I know crypto casinos can be sketchy sometimes with sudden bans or “pending investigations,” but this is a first for me after almost a year playing online. Never did VPN stuff, only withdrew small amounts, KYC all done a while ago. Got some BTC stuck there so I’m stressing a bit, but trying to stay level-headed about it until I hear back. Anyone else deal with this recently or have tips for getting a response out of their support? Or am I just out of luck when they pull this move?

slots side, i’ve seen abrupt bans trigger right after stringing wins in the same machine. not saying you’re out of moves but chasing support is always hit or miss in these joints, your call.

withdraw limits get you too, not just bans. jackbit’s the only place i trust now.

Seen bans just for mixing bonuses with withdrawals. Crypto casinos outside 7bit always have me triple-checking their rules since they tweak stuff without warning.

Honestly, thin edge but sometimes just a hot streak in live blackjack is enough for them to freeze you, especially if it’s not Mybookie. Did you try escalating on social media with your records in hand or is support stonewalling you entirely?

Feels like risk management at these places is all reaction, no logic, especially after a streak or bonus use - reminds me how in poker, the house always protects itself first. Did you track which specific bets triggered it, or was it just your overall balance climbing?
