crypto casino cancelled cashout because i logged in from vpn months ago

Had a payout denied after I tried to cash out a big win from blackjack last week. Their support said it was because I’d logged in with a VPN a few months ago, which is apparently against their rules. I never even tried to hide my location, just did it because public wifi is sketchy. This wasn’t flagged until AFTER my luck turned and I wanted my winnings. Anyone else dealt with this?

I get there are rules but it feels like they only care when it’s payout time. If my deposits went through fine all along, why suddenly clamp down after a win? Seems like if they cared so much about location, they’d lock accounts right away instead of after you beat their games. It’s shady and messes up my trust in these crypto sites. Wonder if it’s worth fighting, or just finding a new site.
