partypoker locked cashier after i changed my phone number

changed my phone number last week, went to log in and now the cashier is locked. account is fine, can still play and see my balance, just can’t withdraw or deposit. tried reaching out to support but just got some generic reply about “security measures” and having to verify stuff. submitted docs but haven’t heard anything back yet. kinda annoying because i just wanted to take out some winnings and reload elsewhere for a bit. not sure if anyone’s dealt with this before or if it takes days to sort out. feeling like i should’ve just stuck with the old number till i was done for the month.
