unibet poker blocked cashier because my old card expired before withdrawal.

so i had a bankroll built up from freerolls and bonuses, and when i finally hit the minimum for cashout, i noticed my old bank card was expired and cancelled. tried to withdraw anyway, but the cashier straight up locked me out. now it's asking for the exact same card details, but i don't even have that card anymore. support just keeps copy-pasting answers about "security reasons".

not sure if they'll ever let me update to a new card or if i should just give up and move on. anyone run into the same mess and actually get their money out? did they let you pick a different withdrawal method or was it a lost cause?
