casino refused withdraw because old deposit card expired months ago

So I go to cash out after a nice slot win, and now the casino says they can’t process my withdrawal because the card I deposited with months ago is expired and gone. They want me to provide proof of the old card, but my bank already issued a new one and shredded the last. I have the new card and my banking info, but they don’t care.

Feels crazy to have my money locked just because of an expired card. Anyone else dealt with this runaround? What did you do to actually get your withdrawal approved?

Nah, this part isn’t even that crazy lol. If they let any old deposit path vanish and still paid out blind, chargeback clowns would eat them alive. Visa disputes can hit 120 days easy. Same vibe as Roulette ID checks after a hot run, annoying, sure, but not exactly a SHOCK lmao

I've run into something similar before. Even though the old card had expired, support accepted a bank statement showing the old card was replaced by the new one. I've seen similar cases involving Gamdom and other casinos.

Yeah but this old card crap is classic lol. Had it once, support only moved when I pushed bank letter + new card.

I'd make sure support has all the current documents they need. That usually helps move the review along.

Current docs aren't enough. They want the card link, lol
