casino support keeps asking for the same documents every few days

so i’ve been trying to withdraw for like a week now and they keep hitting me up asking for my id, then a selfie, then the same stuff again. i even triple-checked the files were clear and all info matches. first time it felt normal since casinos always want proof, but now it feels like they’re just cycling the same request or losing my docs every few days. each time, new support agent, new round of uploads. i get they gotta be careful about fraud, but come on. i just want to play a little blackjack and be able to cash out when i win.

i know casinos aren’t always in a rush but this runaround is pretty frustrating. anyone else been in this loop lately or is it just my luck?

yeah first doc check is normal enough, but when a place can blast you three deposit bonus emails while a cashout just sits there, that's the part i'd look at. had one do that to me, i stopped treating the promos like value right there and just wrote the balance off in my head

I screwed up and redeposited once after those promo emails. Same thing in poker too: fast for deposits, blind in the cashier.

Nah, that's excessive kyc bs lol

Yeah nah, first doc check is whatever, but when every new agent resets the whole thing? That's not “security,” that's busted support handoff lol. I've had that exact loop before and it always smells like stalling a payout, lmao

New agent, same circus

Circus is right, feels like the cashier side and the live dealer side barely even speak to each other, same place same balance and somehow nobody owns the file. I've had that lately and it usually means dead slow support, not bad luck!!!

"circus" is right. Had Live Dealer crap out mid-hand, bzzzt, and support still wanted my ID again.

Nah if it’s a crypto casino this is usually the dumb split between the casino and whatever payment/KYC vendor they bolted on, not every repeat request means they’re stealing your cash. Annoying as hell, yeah, but different problem.
