casino asked for bank proof after every small win but never during deposits

so i've been playing on this casino for a while, nothing crazy just regular stakes, and it's kinda wild how they treat deposits versus withdrawals. they let you put in any amount without batting an eye, but as soon as i get a small win and try to take out, suddenly they want "bank proof" again. i'm not talking thousands either, just basic wins.

every time it happens i have to dig through my emails and send them new screenshots or statements, and it's always during the payout, never when money’s flowing in. seems shady to me, almost like they're looking for any excuse to slow-roll payments. anyone else notice this? not sure if it's a normal thing now or i just picked a weird site, but i can't be the only one getting these hoops over the tiniest withdrawals. would rather be playing poker, honestly, not emailing customer support every other week.
