bet365 casino accepted my deposit then asked for card verification before i could play.

deposited earlier to try some new slots, but after the money hit they locked my balance and want pics of my card before i can play anything. balance just stuck there now. i’ve had places ask for verification after big wins, but never before even betting, and the timing feels kinda off. like why take my deposit then freeze it before i even get a spin? makes me second guess if i should bother sending docs or just move on. not my first rodeo but this seems backwards.

has anyone else had this lately or am i just getting unlucky with these tighter checks?

Yeah maybe standard, but locking it before one Live Dealer hand is grim tbh!!!

Yeah, I’ve had that once. Taking the deposit first then freezing it is lame as hell... I’d just cash out and play blackjack somewhere else.

That can happen because bet365 may require extra card or identity verification, especially for a first-time or newly added payment method.

They do this more now with first card deposits, sure, but freezing slot money before one spin still stings... Wish i'd had that kind of caution once!!!

Yeah, happens. The dumb part is they’ll take the card deposit first, then KYC or geo-flag you after, crypto usually skips that whole mess

Had that once on slots there. Took the deposit fine, then KYC first spin. FEELS backwards, but not rare now.
