pending documents again

I feel like every few months I get hit with another round of docs requests, even though I’ve been playing for years and already verified everything under the sun. Last week they froze my withdrawal for “pending documents” again, but nothing’s changed since my last withdrawal. This stuff always makes me want to just pass on the bet and walk away, but sometimes I get tempted back.

I mostly stick to live dealer and slots these days, never high roller stuff, just casual. I don’t get why the extra checks keep popping up. My info hasn’t changed and my account’s never had issues before. Are people seeing this more often now or am I just unlucky? I know the risk but this constant re-verifying for every few hundred feels a bit much.

Does anyone have a way to minimize these document requests, or is it just how it is now?
