i'd push back on the "same address means they should already see it" bit. i've had crypto rooms credit blackjack fast and leave poker balances hanging for hours because their hot wallet sweep was behind on one network, so yeah, same address proves less than people think!!!

mate, the bit that jumps out is that stupid “bet accepted” flash. i don’t trust that on its own for one second anymore!!! if the stake amount isn’t sitting in the history properly, i treat it like it never happened. i had this once on a live game and wrote it down as “blue lanyard mess” because i name every mess before i deal with it. support kept pointing at the settled line like that explained anything. it didn’t. zeroed numbers with no void note is just bad logging, plain and simple. i wouldn’t bother screen recording every session, but i would grab timestamped screenshots the moment something looks off. that has saved me more grief than any chat transcript ever did.
