Had a session at a new site and they wanted a selfie holding my ID along with utility bill for verification. The process actually went smooth for once but now it's been almost 48 hours and no update. Not in a big hurry but their support just keeps saying it’s under review, which always feels like they’re stalling or don’t have a system in place. No mention of timeline either, which annoys me more than the waiting part.

Trying to resist the urge to spam their support since it usually makes things worse. Curious though, for those who've played around on multiple platforms, what's the longest you’ve waited for docs to clear? And does following up ever actually speed things up or just get you ignored?
