Had a session at a new site and they wanted a selfie holding my ID along with utility bill for verification. The process actually went smooth for once but now it's been almost 48 hours and no update. Not in a big hurry but their support just keeps saying it’s under review, which always feels like they’re stalling or don’t have a system in place. No mention of timeline either, which annoys me more than the waiting part.

Trying to resist the urge to spam their support since it usually makes things worse. Curious though, for those who've played around on multiple platforms, what's the longest you’ve waited for docs to clear? And does following up ever actually speed things up or just get you ignored?

could be normal, but 48 hours with no clock on it is rubbish. poker site stuff.

Maybe, but 48 hours is still normal. Poker sites have sat on my docs for 5 days, and pestering support just got me canned replies.

5 days for Poker docs, yeah, that's the part I'd side-eye, support's just reading sticky notes half the time lol

Five days for slots KYC is the kind of lazy I expect now. Did they at least give you a ticket number, or just the usual "under review" fog?

Bonuses are where they suddenly wake up! I had one sit on my docs 6 days, then clear in an hour once the promo rollover was due.

48 hours isn't crazy, i've had docs sit 4 days easy. one follow-up is fine, support spam just gets you parked in the same dumb queue
