Caesars document upload?

Got the classic “please upload documents” message after a withdrawal and now I’m double-checking what everyone actually sends them. Not really about the upload process itself, more about what they’re looking for and how picky they are about blurry pics or old addresses. I swear, my pay stub is crumpled from being in my jacket and my utility bill’s from like, two addresses ago. My ID pic has that DMV glare too so I’m not even sure if I should bother retaking it or just roll with what I have.

I’m fine with showing proof if it keeps things legit, but dang I’m not trying to get stuck in payout limbo for two weeks if they kick everything back over something dumb. Do I need to hit the print shop for a clean scan or does everyone just take a picture and cross their fingers? I just want to get this done smooth and get back to the slots, not become the next case study in document upload disasters. Anyone else get caught up with this?

yeah retake it lol. dmv glare and old address is exactly the dumb caesars stuff that gets bounced on sportsbook cashouts.

Retake it. Caesars will kick blurry glare crap way faster than a clean pic, same as Roulette they'll take the edge if you give it!!!

Maybe I’m fussy, but I wouldn’t roll the dice on a crumpled pay stub and DMV glare. Retake the ID, use a clean utility bill with your actual address, done, same as sitting down at Blackjack, the OBVIOUS play is not making the dealer squint.

I’d definitely retake the ID if there’s glare and use the most current documents you have. A clear photo is usually better than risking a rejection over something avoidable. The old address might be the bigger issue, though, so I’d check their requirements first.

"two addresses ago" is insane. I had one bank PDF off by apartment number and Caesars bounced it in 6 hours.

Maybe I’m the odd bloke out, but I’d retake everything instead of trying to sneak a crumpled bill past them. Same nonsense hit me on the poker side once, and the clean flat photos with all four corners visible got me through way faster than the “eh good enough” DMV-glare stuff ever did.

Yeah, clean and complete documentation is usually the safest route. Better to retake the photos properly than risk delays or rejection.

Nah, the thing that bit me wasn’t crumpled paper, it was name matching lol. Caesars got weird because my bank statement had my middle initial and my account there didn’t. Same address, same me, still a stall fest. Live Dealer cashouts seemed to trigger the extra eyeballs too, go figure lmao. Did your Caesars profile match your ID exactly down to suffix/initial, or is there some tiny mismatch hiding in there?!

Honestly the blurry pic isn’t even the part that bites you, it’s the address mismatch. Caesars took my phone uploads fine, then parked the cashout anyway till I matched everything exactly, very roulette-brain process where one dumb square decides the whole spin.
