casino says my bank statement upload is blurry but it opens fine on my side

Sent in my bank statement for KYC and they’re claiming it’s too blurry to read, but on my end the PDF opens crystal clear. Tried sending it from two devices, same story. I zoomed way in before saving and everything, numbers and my name are totally legible. No clue if they’re being strict on purpose or if their support is just phoning it in.

Not sure if I should just print it, scan it, and send the scan, or push back and ask for specifics. Anyone else had this hassle? Is there a trick to getting these uploads accepted without them bouncing it back for some vague reason?

nah, "clear on my side" means nothing. flatten it or print-scan at 300 dpi. blackjack docs get bounced like this all the time.

Had this, yeah. Did you flatten the PDF first, or are they viewing it on some awful mobile backend that mangles it?

Print-scan fixed it for me on a Blackjack cashout... Did yours have all 4 corners and the statement date in one shot?
