casino says my address proof is too old even tho bill is from last month

So I tried to withdraw last night and sent them a utility bill from May and now they’re saying it’s “outdated”. Unless we’re living in the future already, last month is not ancient history, right? I swear these verification teams are just picking random numbers from a bingo cage for what counts. This isn’t my first KYC rodeo but I’m getting flashbacks to when they asked for my 3rd grade report card.

Anyone else have their docs rejected for dumb reasons lately? What actually worked for you?
