casino says my withdrawal address failed whitelist even tho it was saved last week

Had a crypto poker win last week, saved my wallet address like always. Went to cash out today and the casino says the address didn’t pass their whitelist check. No typos, nothing changed, and it was all fine before. Their FAQ says “saved addresses are always approved” which makes this weirder.

Only thing I can think is maybe the network was busy or they changed rules for certain wallets. Never had this issue and honestly don’t get why they’d let you save addresses that don’t actually work. Don’t want to get stuck in KYC purgatory or wait forever. Anyone else have casinos randomly fail withdrawal addresses like this? Would be nice to know if it’s just me or if they’re cracking down on certain wallets lately. Feels like playing three-card monte with my own winnings here.
