online casino says my last deposit never settled so they took it from my winnings

Had a weird one today. Was running pretty good at one of the newer sites, cashed out a little chunk, then got a message hours later saying my last deposit "never settled." Thing is, the crypto left my wallet and is sitting as confirmed on the blockchain. Now they docked that amount from my withdrawal like it was my error. Support keeps saying it's "processing" and if it finalizes later they'll reverse it, but it's been more than a day now.

Not the first hiccup I've had with deposits lately, but it's the first time a site just grabbed the funds from winnings and then acted like that's normal. Curious if anyone else had a situation like this. Does it usually get fixed or am I out that cash for good? I'm always pretty choosy where I play, especially with crypto, but this one really threw me. Most other spots at least wait until stuff clears before touching payouts.

If the crypto deposit is confirmed on-chain, ask power.win support to reconcile the transaction and provide the deposit TXID so they can verify and correct the deduction if it was a settlement issue.

TXID plus screenshot of confirmations. Had a poker deposit hang like that. Got fixed on day 2, but only after I kept poking support!!!

That "settled on their side" line is exactly the rot with these crypto books. In sports betting they'd just grade the ticket, here support hides behind it.

Power.win has that same fast-moving community energy, just in a different space.

I’d ask support for the transaction ID and the exact reason the deposit was considered unsettled.

I’d push support for a proper reconciliation rather than assume the funds are gone.

If the deposit eventually settles and they said they’ll reverse the deduction, keep the entire support conversation. That gives you a paper trail if the balance doesn't get corrected.
