casino cancelled my pending withdraw because i kept playing with leftover balance

Had something weird happen with a crypto casino I play at and wanted some takes. I put in a withdrawal request after a nice blackjack run, but still had a small leftover in my account. Couldn’t resist playing a few more hands with that bit, and I went back to check my withdrawal only to see it was cancelled. Support told me playing with any balance after a cashout request voids the withdrawal and you have to do it again from scratch.

First, is that normal? Feels strange since technically it’s your own money and not bonus cash. I’ve always respected the variance and try not to get tilted by swings, but this caught me off guard. My habit is to leave a few chips behind and go for late-night side bets while I wait for things to process. Has anyone else had withdrawals cancelled just for spending leftover balance, or is this just one of those hidden terms crypto sites do? Starting to wonder if I should just cash out everything every time.

yeah this is the part they bury in the cashout/bonus terms lol pending withdrawal and playable leftover balance are not treated like 2 separate buckets on a lot of crypto joints, its one wallet to them, so one tiny blackjack hand can reset the whole thing which is corny as hell tbh

Yeah, that’s not “normal” to me, that’s a cashier setup built to be slippery. If a withdrawal is pending, the gaming wallet should be locked. Simple. If they still let you click into slots or anything else, then act shocked after the fact, that’s them hiding the ball... I’ve had one crypto shop do this and support pointed to some dusty rule nobody reads. Same energy as confusing navigation and promo junk. Was the rule actually in the cashier screen when you withdrew, or did they only suddenly discover it once you asked support? 🙂

Yeah, that’s normal on a lot of these crypto joints, not because it makes sense, just because their cashier is built like a pothole patch in February. Pending withdrawal usually means they froze a snapshot of the account, and the second you touch the balance the system spits it out and makes you start over. I learned that the dumb way a couple years back messing with a few bucks on slots while a cashout sat there. Thought “my money is my money.” Not to them. Read enough casino reviews and it’s the same cheap back-end story every time. I cash the whole thing now and leave zero. Cleaner that way.

Yeah but that leftover-balance habit is exactly how Live Dealer turns into "one more hand" lol, had that bite me too!!!
