crypto casino made me cancel withdraw and request again after network fee changed

had a weird one today, went to cash out and they told me to cancel and do it over because the network fee had changed while i was waiting for approval. i get that fees bounce around with crypto, but shouldn’t they eat that small hit or at least lock the fee when you hit withdraw? it’s not like i was waiting hours, just maybe 25 minutes. they made me repeat the whole thing, re-enter details and everything, kinda sketchy. anyone else run into this? i’m a blackjack guy so it’s not even a huge amount, just annoying.

Nah lol, the bit that annoys me isn’t even the fee, it’s making you cancel and resubmit, that resets the paper trail on their end and suddenly support acts like it’s a brand new request lmao. I had one do that on a small poker cashout, then 2 days later they wanted screenshots again because “we can’t see the original submission” yeah noooo, that’s their mess not mine. If a place can’t hold a withdrawal in queue for half an hour without rewriting it, I start expecting the dumb KYC shuffle next. “Slots tax” is funny but half the time it’s just bad ops dressed up as crypto stuff lol

Was it BTC or USDT? Poker sites usually lock the fee at request.

Btc maybe, but i had usdt do a version of this too. Canceled once and learned not to... If they can't lock a fee for 25 min, that's sketchy enough

Yeah that's the part ppl miss, fee can move but once withdraw is pending they should lock it, not reset lol
