crypto casino made me cancel withdraw and request again after network fee changed

had a weird one today, went to cash out and they told me to cancel and do it over because the network fee had changed while i was waiting for approval. i get that fees bounce around with crypto, but shouldn’t they eat that small hit or at least lock the fee when you hit withdraw? it’s not like i was waiting hours, just maybe 25 minutes. they made me repeat the whole thing, re-enter details and everything, kinda sketchy. anyone else run into this? i’m a blackjack guy so it’s not even a huge amount, just annoying.
