fanduel odds boost hit but paid like the boost was never there.

Placed a straight-up odds boost for a baseball prop, supposed to pay way more if it hit. Sure enough, it came through, but when the funds settled, I only got regular payout like there never was a boost. Double checked the promo wording and even screenshotted it ahead of time, so I’m certain I did everything right. Promo was right there before I placed the bet, showed the boosted odds, etc. Nothing weird with the bet slip either. This is exactly the kind of stability issue that makes me nervous about putting bigger stakes on promos. I’ll contact support, but I’m curious if anyone else has had something like this. Is it common for these boosts to glitch out or pay wrong? Maybe there’s a delay? Interested to see if it’s just me or if the system has these lapses.

No warning, nothing, just gone from my account. I get the idea behind restrictions, but taking the whole thing away for one misstep feels like overkill, especially when the game wasn’t flagged up front. Noticed lately that a lot of these free spin offers are capped at like 20 bucks, no matter what the screen says you won. It's always in the fine print, so you think you hit a small jackpot with the spins, but then you go to cash out and they hit you with the cap. Happens more on some of the newer games or promos, but honestly I can’t see why the cap needs to be so low when they're already making you roll it over ten times or more. Feels like you have to have the discipline to just treat free spins as entertainment and not real profit potential, but part of me still gets annoyed seeing a big number flash across the screen only to end up with peanuts. Had another side bet on blackjack voided today, dealer just called supervisor over and poof, chips back in front of me.
