does hopping between slots every 20 spins make casino bonus review faster

I keep hearing folks say you should change slots every 20 spins to clear the bonus faster, but I’m not seeing the logic. Doesn’t the house edge stay the same no matter how often you swap? I get that it breaks up the monotony, but I don’t know if the numbers support it doing anything for rollover speed. Personally, when I’m running through a casino bonus, I focus more on RTP and volatility, and just pick a stable rhythm instead of chasing hot machines or bouncing around too much.

Stability and discipline usually get me further, at least with poker, but I’m willing to admit maybe there’s something I’m missing on the slots side. How do the rest of you tackle this? I see the appeal, just not sure it really helps.

What gets me is the boredom tax, not the spins. People hop because the screen goes dead and they need a fresh set of paylines to stare at, same as guys in poker rooms who start splashing pots after an hour of folding. Ive done it myself clearing a bonus at 2 a.m., switching games because one looked "due." Dumb!!! The random number generator doesnt care that youre restless. If hopping helps anything, its your mood. Not your rollover.

nah the boredom thing gets way too much credit. what actually wrecks ppl is pace and hit frequency whiplash when u jump from some dead high vol slot to a sticky fruit slot and start resizing bets. weirdly in live dealer ppl pace themselves better. what 2 games were u swapping between EXACTLY

nah swapping every 20 spins does not speed rollover on online casinos. same house edge same wagering, i just avoid high vol stuff

The 20-spin thing is just promo-brain fidgeting, mate. When I’m clearing a bonus I stay on one boring low-vol slot with a paytable I can actually stand to look at, because hopping just nudges people into feature-chasing and suddenly that “free” balance gets played way sloppier. Brutal.

20-spin hopping is just busywork lol. On roulette you can see it cleaner: european is 2.7% whether you stay or table-hop like a maniac.

Yeah and the dumb part is the dead time, lol. If you hop 30 times and each new slot eats even 15 seconds to load and reset the spin button, that’s 7.5 minutes of zero wagering, nooo magic there, same reason I don’t bounce from roulette tables unless one’s lagging like hell lmao

I don't think the real problem is the 20 spins thing, it's promo tracking being flaky and some slots getting weird treatment under bonus terms. I've had sessions where feature-heavy stuff with scatters or expanding wilds clearly counted different or lagged in the tracker, then support acts dumb. So i stop hopping, pick one boring slot i know is eligible, and babysit the meter every few minutes. That's what burns people, not some spin count rule
