Support never fixed it for me, late nights were less bad

Bonus timer and email timer arent the same system, i've seen that lag separately

Yeah, bug support now. If the bonus hit but the playthrough meter is missing, i've seen them claim it wasn't tracked right after the fact

I got burned on this once, kept playing because i thought the meter was just delayed. If support sends the same pasted line, i stop treating it like a real bonus and just cash play from there

"updated terms" usually means they cut the saturday reload for live and didn't bother saying it, support just reads the new script back at you

I don't think the real problem is the 20 spins thing, it's promo tracking being flaky and some slots getting weird treatment under bonus terms. I've had sessions where feature-heavy stuff with scatters or expanding wilds clearly counted different or lagged in the tracker, then support acts dumb. So i stop hopping, pick one boring slot i know is eligible, and babysit the meter every few minutes. That's what burns people, not some spin count rule

What always gets left out on these is the promo side and the session side are not really the same thing, that stupid bonus ledger can keep reconciling after your login dies because the wagering counter is its own little machine. I hate it, and yeah i'm a little salty because the one time i actually had a decent run on a deposit match, that meter suddenly got very precise after being vague for an hour. If your cash balance didn't move the same way, that's the tell, it usually means the promotion engine finally decided what counted and what didn't. Support can pull the promo transaction history if they feel like doing their job, i'd ask for that specifically, not the game history, the promo ledger and timestamp trail

What burns me on these is the bonus side of it, not even the drop. If i'm grinding a promo i don't care what the little ball theater showed me, i care what settled and what counted toward wagering. I've had bonus tracking be off on stuff way less chaotic than plinko, so for me the replay is nothing, i check the bet id and timestamp and move on. Medium speed late at night, 20 drops in, easy to mash two runs together in your head. If the history says 1x that's the only number support is ever going to look at anyway
