Noticed something a bit off with the live dealer tables I’ve been on lately. Usually they shuffle at a pretty set rhythm, but a few times now the shuffle timing just feels… off. Sometimes it’s super fast, next time it’s like they're dragging it out way longer than normal. Not sure if it’s just me overthinking or if the casino is doing something on purpose, maybe trying to throw us off? I know some tables use auto shufflers, but I stick to the ones where the dealer does it by hand for a little more trust. Anyone else picked up on weird shuffle timing lately, or do you just ignore it and focus on the cards?

Had a weird one with support and wondered if anyone else here ran into this. They asked for a round number to check an issue with my blackjack hand, but when I went to the game history, all I got was a session ID and no actual round numbers listed anywhere. Scrolled through the details for ages and still nada. So now I’m just stuck with this session ID and they’re acting like round numbers are right there on display. I keep records of my hands pretty tight but it gets sketchy when their system and support aren’t on the same page. Live dealer tables I’ve played on at other places actually list the round number or a hand reference, so this is just confusing. Anybody else have better luck or a way around this?

Logged in to use some leftover credits for blackjack, the promo page clearly said they expired in 3 days, but woke up this morning and they're just gone. Support says “terms and conditions,” but I double checked and nowhere does it say they can just zap them early. Feeling a bit tilted since I plan my sessions around these little bonuses, especially for trying out different live dealer tables without risking my own cash. Has anyone had this happen before or is it just my luck? Do they ever fix it if you reach out again, or am I just chalking it up as a loss and moving on?

Bubble spot question

Came pretty close to cashing in my first live MTT last night and busted out right on the bubble. Not gonna lie, I was tight most of the last orbit since nobody wanted to risk it with one person left till the money. Ended up getting it in with AQ suited vs JJ and didn’t spike. Now I’m wondering, is it always the right call to play super tight once you’re near the bubble or are there good spots to open up a bit if the table’s freezing up? Saw a couple guys raking in small pots just stealing blinds, but I kept folding since I didn’t want to blow it. How do you guys handle bubble play? Do you take more risks or just try and outlast the others?

Not sure if anyone else has had this happen, but last night I was playing online blackjack and my screen started lagging right as I was deciding whether to hit or stand. The timer still showed I had like 8 seconds left, so I’m thinking I’ve got a little breathing room. But right then it just auto stood for me and locked my hand. I definitely didn’t hit any button. Super annoying because I wanted to hit on a 14. Do you think this is some kind of bug with the platform or just what happens when you lag out during your turn? It’s not the first time my internet has hiccuped mid-game, but I’ve always been able to make my move before. Curious if it’s happened to anyone else and how you deal with it - ride it out, or take it as a sign to step away?
