Do VIP bonuses actually get much better at higher levels?

so i’m just curious if anyone here’s actually moved up the vip ladders at any of these places and noticed a real jump in what they offer. i’m not talking about the splashy emails with all the “exclusive perks” that end up being like a $10 free bet, i mean stuff you can actually use - higher cashbacks, real reloads, better withdrawal limits, more personal touches, that sort of thing. right now i get the same old monthly spins and a birthday bonus but nothing wild.
