pokerstars casino reward chest opened but prize page went blank.

Opened up my reward chest and got the spinning animation, then the page just went blank. Tried refreshing and logging out then back in, but no sign of the prize anywhere in my account or my balance. The chest itself is gone so it definitely registered as opened. I’m usually pretty patient with tech hiccups, but I don’t want to miss out on whatever reward was in there, especially after a couple long blackjack sessions grinding those points.

Anybody else ever had something like this happen? Wondering if it’s worth waiting a bit to see if it pops up or if I should already be contacting support. Not the first time I’ve run into weirdness with casino rewards, but usually things sort themselves out quick.
