casino reward chest opened but prize stayed pending all night

Opened my rewards chest last night after hitting the playthrough, spun it, got a mid-level prize - not life changing but good enough to make my night, you know? But when I checked my balance the reward was showing as “pending” and it’s still stuck like that this morning. I double-checked the terms and it only mentions a pending period for cash outs, not for these chest rewards. There’s nothing about any kind of pending for bonus credits or free spins either, at least not that I could see. I tried logging out and back in a few times, no change.

Anyone else have this kind of glitch? I don’t want to be that guy bugging support the minute something goes sideways, but it’s throwing off my plans a bit. If it’s normal for these rewards to get delayed sometimes, it’d be good to know. I like things steady and predictable - consistent payouts, no funny business - otherwise the fun just kinda goes out of it for me.

I’d contact support if it’s still pending after that long and keep a screenshot of the chest and reward status. Could just be a processing delay, but I’d want it confirmed before counting the prize. Same thing with Gamdom, Stake, or any other platform.

support will hand you the same copy-paste oatmeal either way. if a slots chest reward can sit pending for 10+ hours, it’s already killed the buzz. i had 25 free spins show up 14 hours late once, like a pizza arriving at breakfast.

The part that annoys me isn’t even the delay, it’s these Online Casinos bolting rewards onto some busted promo ledger like it’s 2009 and acting surprised when the chest opens but the credit just floats in limbo. I’ve had this with free spin bundles and mid-tier cash drops too, same stupid thing every time: if it doesn’t hit the playable balance right then, I treat it as vapor. People keep comparing this stuff to Vega or whatever, but to me it’s simpler, these reward widgets are flashy frontend junk sitting on top of a back office that moves at molasses speed, sooo yeah, “pending” usually means nothing useful happened yet.
