casino reward chest opened but prize stayed pending all night

Opened my rewards chest last night after hitting the playthrough, spun it, got a mid-level prize - not life changing but good enough to make my night, you know? But when I checked my balance the reward was showing as “pending” and it’s still stuck like that this morning. I double-checked the terms and it only mentions a pending period for cash outs, not for these chest rewards. There’s nothing about any kind of pending for bonus credits or free spins either, at least not that I could see. I tried logging out and back in a few times, no change.

Anyone else have this kind of glitch? I don’t want to be that guy bugging support the minute something goes sideways, but it’s throwing off my plans a bit. If it’s normal for these rewards to get delayed sometimes, it’d be good to know. I like things steady and predictable - consistent payouts, no funny business - otherwise the fun just kinda goes out of it for me.
