yep, i've seen it in blackjack promos toooo. if they void after it wins, that's them hiding behind house rules.

not gooey, just deliberate. outside-heavy roulette gets tagged as low risk fast. blackjack usually draws less heat on bonus rollover.

if it only shows up on bonus buys, that's a settlement issue, not bad luck. i had 3 hacksaw buys in one session settle as whole-dollar entries in the history while blackjack side bets on the same cashier still posted exact cents, so i'd be staring at the ledger, not the win splash.

seen it. if blackjack contribution or min deposit missed by a hair, it says active and attaches nothing. dumb, but normal enough.
