Betway bonus max bet rule

I was looking at a reload and the max bet bit is what puts me off more than the wagering. Has anyone got one of these through on Betway without getting knocked back for going over it by accident? What are they counting as the bet for slots when there are extra features or turbo on, and do they flag it straight away anywhere or only when you try to cash out? I can stay under a £5 cap if that is really all it is, I just want to know how tight they are on it
