pokerstars chest reward disappeared after i opened it, no transaction history either

Just had a really weird chest reward glitch. Opened one of those blue chests and the animation played but it never showed me what I actually got. Figured it would pop up in my account or at least show up in my transaction log but nothing’s there, like it never happened. I swear I didn’t misclick or anything. No pop-up, no update to my balance, nada.

Has this happened to anyone else? I get that sometimes the site lags but I’ve never seen a reward just vanish. Not sure if I should bother with support or if there’s some spot in the account settings where small rewards get tucked away that I’m missing. Usually the rewards show up instantly. Now it just feels like my spin was a ghost.
