pokerstars reward chest opened as expired before i even clicked claim.

Just got hit with a weird one - earned a reward chest in the poker section, saw the notification pop up, but when I clicked it the chest was already marked as expired. Didn’t even get a chance to see what was inside, let alone claim anything. Never had this happen before, usually there’s a good couple days to open those things. I check pretty often too, so I doubt I missed a window.

I know sometimes promos glitch or the timer runs down faster than advertised, but this felt instant. Didn’t see anything in my account or message center explaining it. I play mostly blackjack but dip into poker for variety, so I’m not sure if I missed some rule about these chests expiring right after you earn them. Starting to wonder if this happens a lot or if it’s just a one-off bug.

Anyone else ever have their chests or bonuses expire before they could even claim them? Did support actually help or is this just a “too bad, so sad” situation?
