pokerstars spin reward opened but prize stayed pending all day.

So I did one of those spin rewards and after I opened it, the prize just went into pending mode. Usually it pops up right away but this one just sat there with the spin animation for hours. Didn’t want to rush and start smashing buttons or refreshing and make things worse, so I just left it alone for the day to see if it would sort itself out. Checked back later, still pending.

Anyone else run into this? Should I keep waiting it out or is it better to get in touch with support before trying anything else?

I’d check My Rewards first too, because some PokerStars rewards can show up there instead of directly in the balance.

The part that bothers me is not where it shows up, it’s that the thing half-fired in the first place. When a reward opens and then just squats in pending, that smells like a ledger sync issue, not a hiding-in-My Rewards issue. I’ve had casino promos do this after a client hiccup and the amount eventually landed, but only after support could see the transaction ID on their side. If it were me, I’d grab screenshots and the exact time before touching anything else. Same rule as blackjack for me: once the shoe looks crooked, I stop pretending discipline is optional. One stuck reward I had cleared in 14 hours. Another needed manual credit. That’s the whole circus.

Leaving it alone was probably the right call, especially if the reward screen looked stuck.

Nah, the part I side-eye is people treating promo junk like it’s separate from the sportsbook side. It’s usually the same busted backend moving rewards, boosts, free bets, all that, and when it hiccups I do not keep betting like the freebie’s “basically there” because that’s how I burned a Sunday chasing NFL props once, lowkey the dumbest $80 lesson I ever paid. Leave the stuck screen alone, sure, but after that I’m acting like the reward does not exist until it actually lands. Estimated credit time means nothing to me, tbh.

If it’s still pending after several hours, support should be able to see exactly what happened on their end.

If it’s been pending all day, I’d probably contact support rather than keep waiting and hoping it fixes itself.
