pokerstars bonus progress stuck at 99% and support says wait for settlement

Bonus progress bar hit 99% on me and now it’s been sitting like that for a couple days. Every time I check, it’s still stuck and hasn’t moved at all. Support just keeps saying I need to wait for some “wager settlement” and that it’s standard, but there’s nothing pending in my bets list. All my games finished, and the rounds are showing in my history as closed. Never had a promo hang like this before, and usually it clicks over pretty quick if you’re grinding out slots or blackjack.

Tried logging out, clearing cache, switched browsers - the usual stuff. Only thing left is waiting like they said but it’s kinda killing my bonus rhythm.
