pokerstars bonus progress stuck at 99% and support says wait for settlement

Bonus progress bar hit 99% on me and now it’s been sitting like that for a couple days. Every time I check, it’s still stuck and hasn’t moved at all. Support just keeps saying I need to wait for some “wager settlement” and that it’s standard, but there’s nothing pending in my bets list. All my games finished, and the rounds are showing in my history as closed. Never had a promo hang like this before, and usually it clicks over pretty quick if you’re grinding out slots or blackjack.

Tried logging out, clearing cache, switched browsers - the usual stuff. Only thing left is waiting like they said but it’s kinda killing my bonus rhythm. Anyone else get locked at 99% and if so, how long till it cleared for you? The bonus terms are sometimes foggy about how soon everything tracks. Wondering if it just needs a new play session to “unstick” or if I’m at the mercy of some silent system delay. Looking for some shared experience here.

Yeah, that “99%” thing is almost always some dumb slots accounting lag, not your cache, not your browser, none of that. I’ve had it happen after a bonus feature round where the game looked finished, history said closed, and the promo meter still sat there like a brick. Support says “settlement” because they can’t be bothered to say the backend batches some play later. Real answer from my experience: if it’s legit stuck, it usually flips within 12, 48 hours. If it doesn’t by then, I stop playing entirely and make them look at the exact session ID. Don’t do a fresh play session trying to “unstick” it. That’s the part people get wrong sooo often. You just muddy the trail and give support more room to shrug 🙂

...yeah I’ve had this crap with blackjack-heavy clearing and it’s why I barely trust promo bars now lol. Not even the “stuck” part, the part that tilts me is the bonus math is usually mush. One hand counts clean, the next barely moves the meter, then you’re parked at 99 like a clown staring at a loading screen lmao. From my runs, if it sits for days it’s not “rhythm,” it’s them having foggy-ass tracking on the promo side. Bonus terms doing bonus terms, basically.
