888 casino bonus wallet stuck?

Got this weird situation where my bonus wallet on 888 just kinda froze up after clearing the wagering. Main balance and withdrawal are fine, but there’s a chunk stuck in bonus. Support just keeps giving me canned answers about “processing time” and rollover requirements, but I’ve met every last condition in the T&Cs. I only play blackjack, so maybe that’s messing with the system, but nothing in the rules said this would happen. Not seeing any errors or pending games either.

Not the end of the world, but I like keeping things clean and organized.
