bonus wagering stopped counting

was running a bonus through blackjack like always and at some point the wagering progress bar just froze on me. been mixing in different tables but sticking with classic rules and nothing weird with bet sizes or pace. checked t&cs twice and nothing jumps out as a reason, it just suddenly stopped updating even though i'm still playing with bonus funds. already tried a browser refresh and even logged in from my phone, still stuck.

not sure if it's because of something with live dealer, or if certain tables just aren't eligible even if they're not labeled as restricted. anyone seen this before? does support usually fix it quick or is it more of a lost cause?
