wager bar frozen

Has anyone ever had their bonus wager bar just freeze and not budge after placing a bunch of qualifying bets? I’m not new to chasing promos and have done enough to know some lag is normal, but I’ve had it locked at the same percentage for hours now. It’s a mid-sized bonus and I’m careful to track every bet, not overbetting or mixing in anything weird that’d disqualify. Was just mixing slots and a little blackjack, nothing outside the terms as far as I can tell.

I keep refreshing but it’s stuck. It’s annoying because timing’s part of my edge and if it’s not updating I don’t know if my plan’s on track. I’d hate to hit a dead end after grinding out all those spins. Anyone seen this before or figured out a workaround, or am I missing some fine print about certain games not contributing? If I end up losing time it kind of defeats my compounding edge strategy.
