roulette bonus progress stopped right after i hit a straight up number

So I was working through a bonus and hit a straight up on 17, my usual go-to, finally! The win went through, balance updated fine, but my bonus progress just froze right there. It’s like the system took a coffee break as soon as I actually started winning, classic timing. I checked the game history, nothing looks off, and no error message or anything. The weird part is, smaller bets before and after kept moving the progress bar, but that one big hit just got ignored.
