stake slot froze during feature and balance updated before the game reloaded

Hit a weird one today - spun into a bonus, game froze right as the feature started, and my balance jumped up before I even reloaded the slot. So, technically the win was added, but I never actually saw the feature play out. Not the biggest deal if it’s just a dead bonus, but still, part of the fun is watching those spins hit or miss. Feels like it takes the air out when the animation skips or glitches like this.

Curious if anyone else had this happen lately? I notice it more with certain games - especially ones that already run chunky on my old laptop. My real annoyance is never knowing if I missed a big one or just saved myself a boring feature. Would love to hear if anyone managed to get the animation replayed or if it’s just chalk it up and move on.

If the win was credited correctly, it was probably the server finishing the feature while your client froze.

Yeah but "old laptop" is doing a lot of work there lol, slots get chunky as hell

Some slot games can definitely get pretty heavy, but Gamdom still runs smoother than a lot of sites I've tried.

Yeah I’ve had that on crypto casinos when the slot provider is already chunky, balance updates server side and the feature animation is just gone. Was it a Pragmatic game, and did Stake’s bet history show the bonus rounds breakdown or just the final credit amount.
