Mystery reel stuck?

Had something really weird happen tonight, and just wanted to see if anyone else has had this. Was playing a new slot I hadn't tried before, mid-bet size, and got a bonus round with the mystery reels. Everything’s spinning along, but right as I hit the second mystery reel, it just… froze. Spinning noise kept going, but the graphics stopped dead. Waited a full minute before I dared click anything, because I’ve seen these games bug out, but never in a bonus round.

Logged out and back in, but it just reloaded right where I left off, still stuck. I got twitchy, cause when slots act up, you can lose the round, or worse, not get the win credited properly. For blackjack it’s never this dramatic, ha, worst I get there is lag. Can’t tell if it’s just the slot’s wonky software or a genuine server issue on their end. Would you guys reach out to support, or just wait and see if it resets itself? Anybody actually got paid out after a glitch like this?

On crypto casinos I don’t “wait and see” anymore. If the bonus round isn’t settled in the transaction log after 10-15 minutes, I’m on support right then, because half these places run bot support and act dumb until you hand them the round ID. Had a freeze on a free spins feature last month, sound going, screen dead, and the win only showed up 47 minutes later as one backend settlement line. No replay, no apology, just there. That’s the part I hate: not the reel, the sloppy accounting. If your balance didn’t update, poke them NOW before they pretend the multiplier result is “under review.”

47 mins is obscene. was it one of those mystery reel slots with cascading reels, or just the spin button dead and the sound looping?

nah the boring part is promo logic. if this was a bonus buy or free spins tied to some offer, those wins can sit in a promo wallet first so the reel looks stuck when accounting is just split weirdly rn lazy setup tbh
