reels stopped weird

Spun a slot just now, mid-morning coffee, and the reels stopped in this awkward glitchy way. Not even the usual lag, more like - first two reels snapped to a halt, then the last three kinda shuffled in one after the other, weird speed, not at the same rhythm as usual. Had the volume on and the slot noises didn’t line up either, like the effects lagged behind the picture. Didn’t hit anything special, just a scatter on 3 but nothing for it.

Happened to me a couple times the last month but never like this. Makes me think maybe the server lagged out or something behind the scenes. I know sometimes it's just the connection but I’m using a new tablet and haven’t had lag on other games, even live blackjack tables.

Wondering if anyone else noticed similar lately. Not sure if it's a problem with my side or maybe something up with the provider. Trying to figure out if I should even trust the results when it does that.
