live roulette result screen froze and balance updated before the winning number showed

Last night during a session, I hit a spin on live roulette and right as the ball was about to drop, the results screen froze for like five seconds. When it came back, my balance had already updated, but the wheel hadn’t landed yet on the video, and I only saw the winning number after another lag. Kinda sketchy since I only got to see the real outcome after my winnings were credited. Never seen it that bad before - maybe just a tech hiccup, but it made me wonder.

Anyone else get this on their end? I keep a log of most sessions for my own tracking, so I know I wasn’t just imagining it. I’m curious if this is common with live dealer setups or maybe more a local connection issue. Been playing these tables a few years now and always trusted the flow until this lag happened.

Five seconds? That's ages. Had slots hang that long and my tea went cold staring at it.

Same here. Do you log poker hands the same way too?

That sounds more like the data feed getting ahead of the video. The result can be processed before your stream visually catches up. Still pretty unsettling when the balance updates first though.

Nah, the “balance moved first = rigged” jump is the wrong part to lock onto imo. The dirtier tell is when a book is pushing some cute live roulette/wheel promo while the terms let them wriggle out of anything weird. I had a bet365 roulette win get voided after the fact and the number wasn’t the issue, the promo language was the trap lmao. Same crap with those Wheel of Fortune style promos, big shiny banner, then complaints get ghosted or brushed off. I trust a plain cash spin way more than any “boosted” live table deal, lol. Not betting is a win half the time anyway.

"cute live roulette/wheel promo" is exactly the part that'd annoy me lmao, same greasy energy as poker reload crap i fell for once

Promos are clown makeup, sure, but the part I side-eye in roulette is no independent fairness audits. If the operator’s basically “trust me bro” in a waistcoat, I’m already out...

Yeah I log poker hands, same sickness, and if a live table’s multi-camera view drifts more than 2 seconds I’m out. Had one roulette stream running 7 seconds apart between wheel cam and overhead, interesting in the bad way, that’s production garbage
