live roulette timer froze at 1 second and my repeat bet never landed

Was playing live roulette and the timer froze at 1 second for like 15-20 seconds. I had hit repeat bet right before it happened. Wheel kept spinning in the background, then the timer finally moved and my chips just disappeared, like the repeat bet never got accepted. Checked history, nothing logged. Not even showing as a void or refunded spin, just like it never happened.

Kinda annoying because it’s not the first time I’ve seen lag or freezes in these live dealer games, but this time it actually impacted my bets. I know glitches happen, but makes me wonder what the protocol is for stuff like this. Do they just sweep these under the rug or does anyone keep track? This is why I usually pass on anything that feels slightly off, but yeah, curious if anyone else actually got their bets voided or refunded in this situation.
