fanduel roulette froze while bets open and my chips stayed locked after spin

Had something weird happen tonight on roulette, not sure if anyone else has had this. The table just froze up in the middle of accepting bets. Timer hit zero but the wheel never started spinning on my screen, just kept showing my chips locked in place. Waited like two minutes before even refreshing, then when I loaded back in, my chips were still on the layout but the game history had moved on and my balance didn’t update at all.

Now I’m paranoid about what happens with these stuck chips. Never had this exact thing before with roulette, only slots lagging. Don’t even know if the bet is void or if it’s just going to randomly resolve itself later, or if I need to contact support. I don’t usually panic over tech glitches but it’s not great seeing money just in limbo. Anybody had chips just sit there and eventually resolve? I’m more used to weird errors on blackjack tables, never live roulette.

sulking is the normal part honestly bc once online casinos do that weird limbo thing i stop trusting the whole table for the night. mine was on roulette pro and it wasnt even a big hit just a dumb neighbors bet, tiny money, but the history showed one thing and the payout screen tried another and that was enough for me. not even rage just that flat tired feeling like great now i get to babysit my balance and refresh like an idiot. after that i cash out whats left and im done rn

tbh the chips sitting there means nothing on live dealer, thats just the front end hanging onto stale table state. the only thing that matters is whether the wager hit the wallet ledger. if your balance didnt move and theres no settled entry after a bit, its usually headed for a void once the provider reconciliation catches up. thats the part i hate about live roulette: not the dealer, not the wheel, the dumb split between the video table and the account wallet. ive had this crap sort itself hours later with no drama, then support shows up acting like they discovered fire. same old story!!!

Maybe it does resolve later, sure, but I would not sit there acting like the software has everything neatly squared away. When roulette freezes with chips still painted on the layout, that is the part I hate most, because the ball outcome can be in the backend while your screen is dead and you’re left staring at fake certainty. Had it once on a live table and once on a mega roulette feed, and both times the bet was already decided before my view caught up. Support had to manually point me to the round ID. Same garbage feeling as when a poker client hangs right as the river comes off and you just know the hand is over without you. Irritates me more than it should, probably because I never seem to get these freezes on losing spins, funny how that works!!!
