fanduel live roulette locked my chips after rejected bet and support says wait.

i was playing live roulette, threw chips on a couple numbers, but the game said bet was rejected even though i got it in before no more bets. now the chips are just stuck there showing on the table, not credited back. support just told me to wait but didn't say for how long or what they're actually doing about it. weirdest part is the game round went on for everyone else.

i don't trust that this will sort itself out. has anyone else had this happen and did your chips get unlocked or refunded automatically? wondering if i should just keep pressing support or leave it alone for a while. what do you do when the dealer software just goes sideways like this?
