leovegas roulette froze after no more bets and my chips never came back.

so i tossed a chunk of chips on red, dealer says no more bets, wheel goes… and then bam, the thing just hangs up like it’s had too many drinks. waited five minutes, nothing. reload, my chips are gone, no result, nothing in my balance. i check my bonus terms, like maybe they voided something, but nada. also not like i hit the table max or anything.

not my first rodeo with tech hiccups but first time the system just straight up ghosts my chips. i’m mostly a blackjack grinder so maybe i’m missing a roulette thing. anybody ever actually get a refund in this kind of case, or do you have to chase support for weeks?
